Below are some reminders on our house rules and cancellation policy.   

House Rules:

Smoking not permitted.   Pets not permitted.   Parties and events not permitted.   Min. age of primary renter : 20yrs.   Max. occupancy: 3 persons.   Wheelchair inaccessible.  

Earliest check-in: 1600 local.  Latest check-out: 1030 local.

Cancellation policy:

50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.   100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date. 

NB: Refunds will only be given for cancellations meeting the terms of this policy (See Terms and Conditions). We strongly suggest that you make adequate provision (e.g. travel insurance) for possible cancellations not covered herein.
